I am a former Taekwondo athlete for 10 years graduated 2nd dan black belt, winning the Jutlandic (regional) Championship and representing the Danish National Taekwondo Fighting Team.

Sport activities also include several years of training in diving and gymnastics.

Today I am physically active through functional training.
